It is important that we learn how to keep safe as we get older and when it is okay to say 'no'. Year 5 learned that sometimes they may be put in a situation where they do not feel comfortable that they are doing the right thing. We discussed how we can deal with being pressured into doing something and the options that are out there! In pairs, they read different scenarios to eachother and had a mini debate to challenge eachother's views on what may be the right choice.
