‘As each one does their part, we grow in love’

History

Our topic this term is the ancient Maya civilisation! The children will be using their knowledge from previous years to compare how ancient Maya life compared with what was happening in Britain at the same time. We have begun our learning by looking at the 'Where' and the 'When' ancient Maya was as well as looking at the occupations of Maya people today!

To really immerse ourselves, we tried an ingredient of many Maya meals - tortilla!
