5Km Run Details

5km Run Details - 14:15 Start. (Warm up - 14:00)

 

Thank you for displaying an interest in this year's Figsbury Challenge.

 

 

The course is a multi terrain route commencing at the school playing field, it will be well signed with plenty of marshals and a tail runner ensuring everyone has returned to Race HQ safely.

 

Please note you will run twice around the rings. Don't worry as there will be plenty of marshals and barriers in place on the day to prevent any confusion - it'll make sense on the day!

 

There will be a pre-run warm up delivered by  Hannah Harris from Rise Above Fitness.

 

Fancy dress is encouraged but may not guarantee an improvement in performance!
